Privacy Policy
Kryptexo Soluciones Financieras S.A.C. (hereinafter, Kryptexo) respects the privacy of users of kryptexo.com and processes personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS and the directives issued by the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of Peru.

2. Data we collect
We collect full name, email address, region of residence, navigation data (anonymised IP, device, language) and any information the user decides to share through the forms on the site.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data will be used to deliver the financial literacy newsletter, coordinate free diagnostics, send relevant content on State programmes and produce aggregated statistics. No international transfer takes place without your explicit consent.
4. Retention period
The data will be retained for the duration of the relationship with the subscriber and for up to five (5) additional years, under Personal Data Bank No. 23456 registered with the National Authority.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacidad@kryptexo.com.pe attaching a copy of your DNI. You may also file complaints with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Calle Scipión Llona 350, Miraflores, Lima).
6. Security measures
We apply technical, legal and organisational measures aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard and the Information Security Directive of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, including TLS 1.3 encryption, access control and encrypted information backups.
