These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website kryptexo.com, owned by Kryptexo Soluciones Financieras S.A.C., a Peruvian company registered under Electronic Entry No. 14782560 of the Registry of Legal Entities of Lima. Use of the portal implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Purpose
Kryptexo offers content, digital tools and informational support in financial literacy, aligned with the National Financial Education Plan 2024-2030 and the rules issued by the SBS, the BCRP and the MEF.
2. Informational nature
The information published is for educational purposes only and does not constitute binding financial advice, an offer of products or a personalised investment recommendation. Any financial decision is the user's responsibility.
3. Registration and accuracy of data
By subscribing, the user declares that the data provided is truthful, complete and up to date. Kryptexo reserves the right to suspend the newsletter delivery to accounts with manifestly false data.
4. Intellectual property
All content, logos, trademarks, graphics and source code are the property of Kryptexo or licensed for use. Their commercial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation, in accordance with Peruvian Legislative Decree No. 822, Copyright Law.
5. Service availability
Kryptexo will use its best efforts to keep the portal available 24/7. However, there may be scheduled maintenance windows that will be communicated in advance.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Judicial District of Lima, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
